To carry out this task you need to keep a production diary. 

Everyone needs to sign up to Penzu - get the app on your phone. Or you can use your blog.

Everyday from the start of pre-production to the end of reshoots needs to be logged:
-Rate your effort out of 10
-Rate the quality of your work out of 10
-describe the work you did and the impact it had
-how successful you were in those tasks
-discuss what you need to do to improve on and do differently during production
-highlight when you did something beyond your job role

Every lesson and every practical activity needs to have a journal entry.

At the end of production you should link your final film, summarise your input of production, honesty will always be better than making yourself look better. Focus should also be on the extra input you had, which was beyond your job role. You should refer to certain parts of the production. This can be done written or by video voice over commentary.
